Does any one know if I can unlock it without erasing all my data?
Or if I will bye an iCloud will all my photos from iPhone save automatically ?
I have so many memorable photos on it, and I really want to save them...

Unfortunately, if you forgot your passcode, you will need to wipe the phone which will erase all data.
If you made backups, you can restore your data from them. If you haven't backed up already, then no, it will not save automatically.
