Notifications for texts
my phone doesn’t notify me when I get a text message. I’ve reset it but it still doesn’t work. How do I get it to work?

First, we'd recommend checking you notification settings to ensure everything is set up as expected there: Change notification settings on iPhone - Apple Support
If everything looks good there, we'd recommend checking to see if you have any Do Not Disturb or Focus settings enabled that could be preventing your notifications form showing.
