IPad Facetime Bluetooth

Thanks for the details you’ve provided. It doesn’t sound like an issue with connecting to your Bluetooth speaker, but it does sound like it may not be compatible with phone call audio given what you’ve described. You may want to check with the manufaturer, if changing the audio output to the speaker during calls through Control Center and ensuring it shows connected in your Bluetooth settings doesn’t help out. To clarify, what do you mean when you say it works perfectly with iTunes? Do you mean the Music app on your iPad or are you talking about iTunes on a PC?

Also, what happens when using FaceTime exactly? If you’re on a FaceTime call, is audio only coming out of the iPad’s speakers? If so, does it still show your Bluetooth speaker is connected under Settings > Bluetooth during FaceTime calls? If not, tap on it to connect and see if that helps out during calls.
