Can the issue with Apple Pay be fixed? I don’t use Apple Pay and don’t plan on it but the little notification drives me crazy

If you are being asked to set up Apple Pay, choose Set Up Apple Pay. On the following screen, under Continue, choose Set Up Later in Wallet.
