How to fix Apple Pay issue?

OK, here’s how a >declined< works. Only the issuing bank can decline a transactions. Apple is not a bank and cannot approve or decline a transaction. Declined is not used for merchant issues or network issues etc. Descriptions like invalid card, chip error, network etc. are used.

Banks decline transactions for multiple reasons. The terms & conditions you agreed to when you accepted the card, contains various examples of merchant classifications the bank does not permit their card to be used for and typically includes cryptocurrencies, marijuana dispensaries, casinos, online gambling, gift cards etc.

Please contact the issuing bank for information concerning declines on your account.

My Apple Pay used to work in apps like Office Depot, Best Buy, crypto.com (etc), but now declines every time. I change default cards and use Apple Card. It no longer works.
