Unlock my iPhone 8

Bought a used phone and is sim lock by apple! Took it to my provider and they said it wasn’t locked thru then. No phone for 3 weeks cause it’s so hard to get anything done! Unlock my phone! IPhone 8

Apple doesn't Sim lock phones, the carriers do. Only the carrier it is locked to can unlock it. Ask whoever you bought it from what carrier it is locked to, then contact that carrier to request an unlock.
