How to stop Apple deleting music I have paid for?

Like so many others I am sick of going to listen to a song and finding it gone from my iTunes. I have never deleted music I have paid for intentionally. All it seems to take it an accidenal butt swipe and whole albums can vanish. It seems like a deliberate feature meant to stear people to other music plans we do not want out of pure frustration. Not to mention the cryptic and near impossible process of getting the music back. You bleed us for enough cash already, no one should have to pay for their music twice and it should not be so hard to get back what wasn't intended to be removed in the first place.
