Recurring donations via Apple Pay

I hadn’t had any problem with recurring charitable donations with Apple Pay until now. But two charities have recently notified me that my recurring donation failed. I tried resubmitting (I advanced date of donation) but they failed again. Is there a change to AP that now prevents recurring payments?

Money debited post subscription cancellation within trial period I’ve been notified that 14,900 INR has been debited from my account even after I canceled my subscription to an app (Speechify). I checked with Speechify. They haven't received the money nor started the subscription so in my Apple purchases this is not showing. Since the subscription payment method was through Google Pay (India) an auto-mandate has been raised on July 4 when I initiated the trial period with Speechify app and canceled it on July 6 (well within 3-day free trial window). I have confirmation of these in screenshots. However, on July 7, money got deducted for an annual subscription only with Apple showing no active subscription or payment receipt bill. Attaching relevant screenshot for immediate resolution. I'm not able to raise a ticket to get my money back so posting here.

UPI payment to Subscribe Magzter failed but account was debited I tried to subscribe to Magzter Gold using UPI Gpay. Rupees 1999.00 was debited from my account and the said transaction is showing in Gpay list as paid to Apple Services. But the payment is not credited to Magzter and the subscription is not activated. I am unable to escalate this issue through the present Apple support links. No option to send email. Is there a way to get their attention or get my money back ?
