Payment through Apple ID not reflecting in the app
Hi All,
I paid through my Apple ID Rs.1199 for Zee5 subscription this morning. However payment is not reflected yet in Zee5 and also in Settings-Subscriptions.
I had contacted the app Zee5 help desk and they said to contact and report to Apple.
i dont see the payment in setting-subscription also. I have the google transaction id with me.
can someone help how to do refund or raise a complaint?
