Zee5 subscription paid via Apple ID. Money deducted. It won’t show in recent purchases to raise refund request or raise complaint.

Same issue being faced by me for zee5 Were you able to get a refund?
Same for me..UPI auto mandate is there ..but can't see the transaction in apple id nor do I have access to zee5
I received msg from bank, Apple services revoked mandate what I have done for above subscription, will I get refund initiated, I am not able request refund because this transaction not shown in list
