1 - when using fast charger 65 watt for charging iphone 12 pro max . Does it finish charging faster than the usual 20 watt charger ?
2- does my iphone accept charging with the full capacity of that charger with whole 65 watt ??

What you are calling a charger is only a power adaptor stepping down the voltage from your wall outlet to a level that can be used by your phone. It's your phone that controls the charging, not the adaptor. That said, no, your phone will not charge faster.
So could 12 pro max accept 65 watt and fully charged in less time than 20 watt charger ??
