Plugin error with GarageBand

My GarageBand will not come up because of an error over this plugin, AUHipass.

How can I fix this?

I am running 10.13.6 on a Mini

This plug-in may require an update", than I deleted that plug-in and restarted my computer, but the problem still exist but without error window. What can I do?

How do I fix garageband as far as opening a file Security How do I fix garageband as far as opening a file. When I try to open it, it says It's from an unidentified program. But it's literally from apple. Updating didn't work nor did lowering security protocol.

You can disable all the audio units:
