Spatial Audio on AppleTV4K/HomePod

If I play a spatial audio track from Apple Music on an iPad through my HomePod stereo pair everything works as expected. The Dolby Atmos logo appears and the spatial audio separation is noticeable. However, this is not the case if I play the same track using a AppleTV4K/HomePod Stereo pair or a MacBookPro/HomePod stereo pair. In either case, the Dolby Atmos logo does not appear and there is no noticeable spatial listening experience. All my devices have the latest software updates.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a spatial audio support matrix for Apple products?
