Unresponsive iPhone after phone falling on the floor

Hello, I had dropped my phone on the floor causing half of the screen to go black while a quarter of the phone has a green flicker/light. Constantly as in every 2 seconds the screen will turn off and then turn back on yet nothing happens. Also, I'm unable to see or touch the right side of the phone but the left side I can see the screen but it is very hard to see because of the green light/flicker. I have tired the force reset but that has not seem to help. Hence, what is the solution as well as the problem and how much will it cost me to repair my iPhone 11?
