Hello everyone!
My Macbook Air have a common keyboard problem but the Apple support denied the service because I'm over the recall time by 3 months. Any idea what can I do, or where can I write for Apple for ask fix my problem?
I was abroad when the problem start and I wait till arrived home i know it was a bad decision.

I think you should take your MacBook Air to your local retail AppleStore, Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to tell them about the circumstance you face with right now and ask for repair for free.
It's not easy, though you should.

Rules are rules. I can only guess but I suppose from Apple's viewpoint if they say yes to you they'll have to say yes to everyone. That said there's a Support link at the bottom the page to contact Apple.
I understand your point if its a simple guarantee issue, but it is a call back because they admitted they are use bad quality keys aka butterfly keyboard

Keys make double letters.
