Lightroom Classic doesn't work under OS 13.3.1(a)

After installing OS 13.3.1(a) Lightroom Classic couldn't find the photo-files to edit and you cannot remove them either, nevertheless the pictures remains visible.

The access to files is granted voor Adobe Lichtroom (but you cannot add more apps for this feature)

Removing the "rapid security response" (a) doesn't help.

iMac 21.5″, macOS 13.3

Strange.....after removing security (a), so now the pure Ventura 13.3.1 is installed, Lightroom Classic works fine for about half an hour. Then again the same error: files cannot be changed or deleted..
