Video I purchased years ago in iTunes will not play on my Mac using the TV app I bought a collection of music videos by John Lennon a long while ago in iTunes. But Apple will not play these videos and will not upload them into the TV app on my Mac. Yet I can open and play them using Quicktime. It makes no sense to me. The videos are in .m4v. Can I simply change the extension? Apple's excuse is these videos are no longer available as part of this collection in iTunes. But that shouldn't matter, should it? FWIW, I think all of these videos ARE still in iTunes but sold individually. What I bought was simply a collection at a special price but they're still individual music videos. If someone needs more info, let me know. TIA!

Several movies that I have purchased do not show up in my apple TV movies library. How do we find them? Pretty self explanatory. There are several movies i purchased a couple years ago that are not showing up in my library. I know i purchased them with the same account. However, when i look for them on itunes (well the appletv search app now), it shows that I purchased them and can play them directly from there. But when I go look in my movie library, they dont exist. At all. It does this everywhere - iphone / ipad / appletv, etc. How do we fix this?

Please fix iTunes/Apple TV library can you please make it where you can organize your itunes movie library. Like put marvel movies in a separate folder, also different actors in a separate folder, sort movies by year and different genres, also make it tell you that you watch it and how many times you watch it. Organize it by different movie studios and , different age rating the movies are. Also I want there to be an add on for the Apple TV that’s like a dvd player but it plugs into or is apart of the Apple TV. It works like this, you put a dvd and it scans it and it adds the movie or tv show to your Apple library.

If you subscribe to Apple Music you can watch and available video, otherwise you will be limited to your purchases: Stream recommended music and video in iTunes on PC - Apple Support
