Hi everyone. I'm using Macbook Air M1 2020 and trying to create PDF files from multiple PDF files. When I select the files and click Create PDF, a pop-up appears saying: There was a problem running the action. I was able to use this feature before but now I can't, I think since MacOS Ventura update.
Please help me with this. Thank you

What version of macOS are you using? There was an issue for some, but not all users of the Create PDF Quick Action, and the release of macOS 13.3 and later was acknowledged to have corrected the issue.
Hi VikingOSX. I'm using version 13.2.1 of MacOS Ventura. Based on what you have said, I reckon I have to update MacOS to 13.3. If you please, could you refer to me an article that talks about this issue?
