I have seen several threads about this. I noticed it on my left ear bud this morning that it had ripped. I ordered some glue which arrives tomorrow. Unlike some who had them last from 3-10 months, I have had mine since December 2021. It is frustrating because the battery and electronics are nearly as good as the day I bought it. Does anyone know if these will stay in your ear without the wingtip, or is that the end of them?

Beats fit pro without the wingtips work just fine, they fit like not great airpod pros. The wingtips are just silicone parts that are not quite user serviceable, but they are user replaceable. In other words, if you attempt to remove them they'll rip (obv they rip on their own just fine, unfortunately) but it looks like you can install replacements.
The problem is FINDING the replacements that work with beats fit pro. This looks like an oversight by Apple/Beats, because if they just SOLD OEM parts for like $10, this situation everyone's experiencing would be nothing more than a minor annoyance. I'm seeing these sold on ebay but haven't tried it yet. So yes, they work just fine without the wingtips and you can find "aftermarket" wingtips out there on the interwebs if you look hard enough.
What does that have to do with the Beats Fit Pro?
It is over 3 months since I responded. I first tried to get some money by selling the Beats Fit Pro case, and also trying to use silicone glue, but no one in my family was interested in the case, and I'm not good with gluing, and could not get the glue to stay. I have been more careful with them, and so far, knock on wood, the left wing tip is still hanging on, and I'm using them a few times a week; mostly to go on walks with the dog.
Both of mine have torn multiple times over the few years I've had them. I've fixed them in the past using the silicone glue method but that only lasts for a few months and they begin to tear again.
I see someone has finally come up with a replacement tip for the Beats Fit Pro. The process seems difficult and error prone.

Has anyone tried this replacement? I love these earbuds other than this issue. Apple/Beats really needs to step up and fix this issue.
