Trying to create a home inventory with a template from Numbers on a 2017 iPad Pro. Setup the dictation feature, and although I can get dictation to work in Pages, Notes, etc, I’m unable to enter a cell and dictate… the mic button seems to click on, but no text is generated. Any experience with this?

works fine with my ipad pro 2022, opened a file clicked on a cell and activated the onscreen keyboard button
clicked on the mic left of the space bar and said "one two three" and it typed one two three and then replaced it with 123
running 16.4.1(a)
Thanks, seems like it should, but I have done a restart, all fully up to date, just won't do it, but fine in Pages, safari search, Mail, etc.
Will try again, maybe a soft restart would help. Good to know that it should at least work in theory.
