turn off auto play for Apple Music

While it's expected in some cases for your iPhone to automatically start playing music, like in the case of turning on your car and you've already paired it with your iPhone in the past( occurs with our own car and iPhone), we'd like to help by learning more about what's happening:

1. When does your iPhone start playing music automatically from the Apple Music app? The more details you provide, the better we'll understand the circumstances in which this occurs.
2. Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart: Restart your iPhone
3. Since you have a compatible iPhone model, the latest version is iOS 16.4.1(a). You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.

I just deleted my music app because it would play every time I connected wired Apple earbuds, AirPods, Bluetooth in my car….all the time. Sh1t is annoying. I’m so close to going back to Android.
