Geolocation causing sync issues

While I appreciate it from a security standpoint, my home ISP(Starlink) gives inaccurate ip geolocations. This affects my ability to watch local TV on my Apple TV, as well as requires me to complete MFA every time I leave home.

Starlink uses an arrangement of hubs, so to speak, where the customer's traffic is collected from the satellite infrastructure and egresses to the internet in one of an unknown number of locations. The location for mine is Atlanta, GA. I live in Florida. Currently, every app on my Apple TV thinks I am in Atlanta. My other devices tend to substitute their own GPS coordinates instead of defaulting to the ip geolocation, but since the Apple TV appears to lack that capability, I am stuck with Atlanta, GA local channels. This also affects many copyright mechanisms my different streaming services run.

While I am more than capable of building a VPN to solve this, part of the Apple user experience that I expect is Apple support to give me an attainable resolution so that my TV apps on other devices, as well as my Apple TV 4k all detect themselves with an accurate geolocation. Right now, every time I log into an apple service from my home internet after being outside of home, I have to complete a MFA. I believe these ip geolocation irregularities are the root cause.

Is there a way to tell my Apple TV or my iCloud account to locate itself to a particular zip code where I don't have to continue these extra steps?

thanks :)
