It’s generally easier to verify your Apple Savings account ownership via your external banks or financial institutions app or website. Your external account will have a verification process that generally involves them making 2 small deposits and a withdrawal. If you need assistance you can contact your external accounts support team. This is how I did it with my Chase, 5/5, Wells Fargo and several investment accounts. The process took several days to complete.
If you need a quicker verification, you can contact Goldman Sachs support and request verification and they do a 3-way call with your external banks support team and do the verification. This process may take several hours on the phone.
