iPod screen too dark
How can I lighten the screen on the iPod?

On most models of model of iPod, you should be able to go in to the iPod's Settings menu and change the brightness there. On my 6th generation iPod Touch for example, it's in Settings/Display & Brightness.
If you can't find the brightness setting, go into Settings and use the Search feature to look for "brightness".
