How do I know if printer color management is turned off (for mac)

I have a ma - venturaOS and Canon Prograf 1000 printer - and I want to make sure that only photoshop is managing colors for my prints, and that the printer color management is turned off. But when I open the printer dialogue box, I see no options for it. So how do I know if they are on or off?

Mac is not like windows in which you can left click the printer icon and a box opens with tabs like "quick setup" "main" where you can toggle on or off the ICM. Going to my printer settings in Settings I could not find any place similar to that.

Also! If colorsync is on when I only want photoshop managing the colors, is this double profiling?

Thank you for your time!
