Iphone storage FULL pop up but I used 270 GB of the 2TB $9.99/mo plan?

Is this a virus? Even when I deleted 5000 text messages and it decreased the GB a tiny amount after I charged my phone it was back up to where it was before I deleted those texts. Please help. It isn't allowing me to send photos in texts at times, my apps aren't opening...

Storage is Full Apple sent me this : What is the outcome when you click “clean memory” on my iphone. What happens after i clicked that? What does clean memory means? Would all my pictures are going to be deleted or just some random ones? All my chats from What’s App are gonna disappear? I’m curious to click “Clean Memory”. But again, what would be the outcome after I clicked it?

Virus on iphone 14? When I woke up this morning my Iphone complained that the memory was almost full. Going into settings I realize that the amount of data in Photos has gone from around 30 gb to 213 gb. The amount of pics in the library is about the same (not sure exactly how many there were) so I haven’t accidentally downloaded 200.000 photos or something like that. What has happened and how can I fix it?

The 2TB is cloud storage, not local storage on the phone.

You need to clean up the storage on your phone by removing unneeded apps and offloading other content such as photos and videos.
