turn phone´s wifi off from watch

Hello, can any one tell me how to run a shortcut from the apple watch to turn the phone´s wifi off? I have some shortcuts set to turn off wifi before running the shortcut. When I run the shortcut from the phone, it works fine, first it turns wifi off, and then runs the shortcut. But when I run the same shortcut from the watch, it runs the shortcut but whithout turning wifi off beforehand. (I supose it´s turning off the watch´s wifi, but I need it to be the phone´s)

Any ideas?
