i cannot get anyone on the phone go verify a transaction so my money is nof transferin

I opened an apple savings accounting. Thinking it was a savings account. I need to move most my money out and the transaction has been in progress since 5/1. At no point did anyone reach out to say I needed that transaction verified. I’ve been trying to reach the specialty department to do a simple transaction verification and have not been able to do so. Worst product ever. Can someone help me get to that department?
