Re: "I deleted some of my device data in the iCloud

and how to get in back"

iCloud is mainly a sync. service for access of files across all devices.

You could try looking in the "Recently Deleted" folder(s).

or

If you have iPhone back-ups stored in iCloud (or on an external drive, or Mac) you may be able to retrieve data.

What does iCloud back up?

You can not see the contents of a back-up.

You can restore the back-up though

All the best :-)
