How to get rid of Vungle Cloud UX Template on iPhone

Don’t use any apps that bring it up, and go to Settings/General/VPN & Device Management and delete a vungle profile if you find one. Also, open Settings/calendar/Accounts/Subscribed Accounts and delete any suspicious accounts.

If that doesn’t fix it go to Settings/Safari and tap Clear History & Website Data.

Vungle is a (sort of) legitimate service that presents ads in apps; most apps do not contract directly for ads, instead they use an ad provider, and vungle is one of the more obnoxious ones.

Thank you so much, @Lawrence! I did not find a Vungle profile under VPN Device Management, but I did find an unknown calendar account so deleted that. I also cleared my History & Website data from Safari. I'm not sure which of these two things fixed it (or maybe it was a combination of both), but I'm no longer seeing Vungle! Thanks again!

It came from the 19 Crimes Living Wine Labels App. Deleted it and it's gone! BOOM!😉

From what I can find, this is a process leftover from certain ads running within apps. The code (i.e. the template) the ad is base on is buggy and doesn't properly terminate.

Force restarting the device will clear it from memory, but you're likely to see it again in short order when another ad based on that template pops up in your game.

It is not a virus. There are no known viruses that can infect an iPhone that is not jailbroken.

Fixed. Had a sus account in calendars - thank you!

Follow this path: 1 Press and quickly release the Volume Up button.

2 Press and quickly release the Volume Down button.

3 Press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears.

I also had the same problem. But to fix it, I played some music on Spotify and when I opened the phone the music replaced the weird template thing. And when I stopped the music the weird template thing was gone. I’m not sure how long its gonna stay gone though. Glad to know I wasn’t alone with this problem.

Go into the in-game settings menu, clear the cache, and restart the app. Vungle can’t get through a pathway that no longer exists 😎

This happened to me when I downloaded “Cut the Rope” and once I deleted it it went away

If you aren’t paying to use something, you are the product. It is you and your data that are being sold. That’s the price you pay for “free” coins. the only solution is to avoid apps that show ads, especially buggy ads.

Maybe from a game with AR (augmented reality) where it superimposes animated objects while using your camera?
