May Challenge Award

My app suddenly erased data pertaining to challenge. Individually, you can see the activity per day but collectively the challenge indicates 0 days completed. So frustrating!

Hi there jcaron55,

It appears you are missing the current Monthly Activity Challenge data. Sometimes, the easiest thing to try to resolve an issue like this is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. Here's how:

How to restart your Apple Watch

Restart your iPhone

If that doesn't resolve the issue, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. When you unpair your Apple Watch from your iPhone, a backup is created during that process.

Unpair and erase your Apple Watch

Set up your Apple Watch

Let us know how it goes.

Best regards.
