when i started my macbook air m1 this moring I seen at the top by the menu bar it said " your screen is being observed". Has someone gotten access to my mac? im going through a divorce and this is something my future ex would try to do, gain access. what settings should i check? I do also have two mac desktops at home but i have never approved remote access to any of my macs. Please, I need any help I can get and I am grateful to any offered.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.3

I Googled the message and saw this:

Another common reason you see “Your screen is being observed” on the lock screen is when you record your Mac's screen. On macOS, screen recording won't stop if you lock your laptop or put it to sleep. To check, simply press Command + Control + Esc to instantly stop recording, and the notification should go away.

Hope it helps.
