iPhone 14 Pro - Transferred Media Files Not Showing in Photos or Files App

Hello Apple Support and Community,

I recently purchased an iPhone 14 Pro and used the Move to iOS app to transfer data from my previous Android device. The app successfully transferred my contacts, emails, calendar events, and other important information. However, I am experiencing an issue with my media files (photos and videos).

Although the media files were transferred to my iPhone, they are not visible in the Photos or Files app. I have confirmed that the files are on my device by going to Settings> General> iPhone Storage > On my Iphone. There, I can see that the media files are indeed present and taking up space on my iPhone.

Unfortunately, I am unable to access or view these files, as they do not appear in the Photos app or the Files app. I am seeking assistance on how to resolve this issue so that I can view and manage these media files on my new iPhone.

Any guidance or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Photos & Videos --> Upload to iCloud Photos using the same Apple ID that you have used on your iPhone. After upload, enable iCloud Photos on your iPhone. That's it.
Another option is to transfer the photos from your Android device to a computer, and then transfer them from the computer to your iPhone. Connect your Android device to the computer using a USB cable and copy the photos to your computer. After that, disconnect the Android device and connect your iPhone to the computer. Use iTunes (on Windows) or Finder (on Mac) to sync the photos from your computer to your iPhone.

To move photos and videos from your Android device to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using a computer: Connect your Android to your computer and find your photos and videos. On most devices, you can find these files in DCIM > Camera. On a Mac, install Android File Transfer, open it, then go to DCIM > Camera.
