I can turn off the annoying notifications popping up every 5 seconds by turning off it off under the name SYSTEM ALERT. However, my question is how do I delete it from the notification menu? Is there a way for me to delete it in the system preference or library? See photo (sorry inserting this photo rotated the photo.)
Those are Safari Notifications. Stop them by following these instructions.

I have tried and failed to come up with a reason anyone would want a website to harass them with Notifications. My own reflexive response to those solicitations is NO.
You can disable them entirely by de-selecting "allow websites to ask for permission to send notifications." Then, whenever you visit a website that wants to send you notifications, you won't even be asked.
Aloha John, Thank you! I even found more suspicious websites that I had to remove. Wished there was a preventative measure to keep these annoying scammers from hiding in the notifications. Mahalo!
