.jpg attachments not delivered after Ventura update (13.3.1)
After updated to the latest version of Ventura my simple jpg attachments not delivered to different users. They reply 'there is no attachment'.

The current stable release of Ventura including bug fixes, security updates is macOS Ventura 13.4 — I would start there.
