iPhone, 14 will not allow pictures to be sent to android phones

I was told that the new iOS update was the problem that is keeping the iPhone from sending pictures to an android phone. Is this the case?

Well, I fix the problem. I went into settings and turned off the cellular mode. When insert a picture to an android phone went through immediately. And then went back in to settings turn cellular mode back on, sent a picture again through android, and it went immediately. Apparently by doing that it reset Whatever problem there was with the cellular mode.

No. MMS is a carrier feature. Contact your cellular carrier.
Verizon is notorious for borking this up.
