Unable to send pictures to non-iPhones from iPhone 16 Pro Max after iOS 18.5 update

Open Settings App, go down to bottom of the page and tap Apps. Look for and tap Messages. Make sure MMS Messaging is turned on.

Same thing! I cannot send photos to a certain android phone that my friend has.

all other friends phones works fine
