how come I cannot receive or send pictures to non iphones
Whenever I try to send a picture to a non iphone it does not send. I have tried resending it but it does not work

Assuming you’re using Messages, you are using MMS, which is provided by your cellular carrier.
MMS requires both the following:
- Settings > Messages > MMS Messaging = “on”
- Permission from your cellular carrier to use MMS under your plan. This may cost extra.
