Hi Nonpta,
Check to make sure you're not affected by an outage at this time:
Apple - Support - System Status
If you're still having trouble logging in, turn off Low Power Mode and test using another internet connection.
Since you're on Wi-Fi, test on another Wi-Fi or using your mobile network.
