A green dot appears from time to time on my locked screen ( iphone xr). It can be near the bottom of the screen or inthe middle. I have to reset networ settigs to make it disappear but it reappears sometimes

I am using an Astronomy wallpaper on my Lock Screen. I have a green dot showing my current location.
Interesting to know, but I have a custom picture wallpaper. This green dot is not always on . It comes, disappear come again on its own. That’s weird. Same size as the one for camera in use but wrong location and not using camera anyway.
