Which versions of Chrome and Edge can be used for Facetime on a Windows PC?

The Apple Support article says that people with Windows can join Facetime calls using "the latest versions" of Chrome and Edge, but starting with which versions (Chrome version X.XX or later, or Edge version X.XX or later)?

I'm helping someone troubleshoot problems when they join my Facetime meetings via a link, and they're on a Windows machine with Chrome. This person has to run Windows 10 (not 11).

Thanks so much for the link, @FoxFifth. It was a long day remote trouble-shooting Facetime by phone. I will check that they are running the most recent version of Chrome, now that I know Win 10 can install it. But I believe they are automatically updating all their software.

For some reason they can join the FaceTime session using the link and see and hear me, but I cannot see or hear them. Oddly, I can see and hear them if they use Zoom - so their camera and mic work in the OS. Also, their privacy settings in Chrome are set to "allow" the camera and mic for facetime.apple.com, so I was considering the Chrome version as the culprit.
