Troubleshooting a Stalled iPhone Restoration:


A. How long have you waited? How much is there to restore?


B. Visit this Site: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a Backup - Apple Support


C. Check Force Quit:

See if an application is not responding. If that is the case, Force Quit it.

  1. Go To: Apple Menu
  2. Select: Force Quit...
  3. Select: An Item Ending in: “Not Responding”
  4. Click: Force Quit button
