Applecare Question

My IPAD was replaced by Apple under Applecare but they failed to transfer the Applecare to the new IPAD. Now this IPAD needs repairs and they will not cover it. Does anyone know what can be done, since this was their error ?

Nobody here can address this, as we don’t have access to the details of what happened. Contact Apple and discuss this with them. Bring your repair receipts and related communications.
