iPod 7th gen keeps rebooting and shows incorrect battery percentage
My iPod 7th gen all of sudden started shutting down and rebooting itself. Aso says it has low battery when it is at least 40%.

Thank you for the advice and steps.
I looked at all of the above...the software is up to date, batter usage for today was less than 2 hours and was all using Sirius. And in the middle of playing, it shut down. When I tried to start it, it showed no battery but as soon as I plugged it into my PC, the battery was at 83%
