I need help finding a way to access the Kindle app on my new iPhone 14. I didn’t need to sign in with previous one. When I try to put in info , it pops out. How could it be fixed?
Delete the kindle app. Restart your iPhone.
Download the kindle app again.
Still the same problem - reach out to Amazon
for help with their app as suggested above by
Kindle is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or Digital Services and Device Support - Amazon.com
I have a new iPhone 15 and have a Kindle account. The sign-in disappeared when I tried to log in.
I tried the delete Kindle app, restart iPhone, then download the Kindle app and it worked. No problem logging in and I had immediate access to my account.

Doesn’t seem to work that way. BecausebI already have the app, “ get” isn’t an option. Sign in page comes up and pops out still.

This is pertaining to the Apple Store kindle app, not the kindle device
.
Apple does not make the kindle app, does not provide the kindle service or provide the kindle content.
All of that is through Amazon.

The Kindle app, just like the Kindle device, is not an Apple product, It is an Amazon product.
