Why doesn’t Apple allow access to Apple ID login history

Why doesn’t Apple allow users to see Apple ID login history & only gives the option to see devices currently using Apple ID?

For example I’m currently logged into my iCloud from the website using a browser on an alternate device yet Apple does not show any indication of this because it’s not an actual device using the Apple ID.

Given all my data that is accessible from iCloud.com just from a browser gives more than enough validation for this security measure and makes no since why
