The process to remove each Hide My Email address is straightforward:
Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > Hide My Email >
For each of your listed Hide My Email addresses - tap, then select Deactivate Email Address

this doesn't work for me, no option to click or deactivate the anonymous email, nor is there an option to deactivate hide my email
