Using Apple fitness on MacBook
Why can I use my Garmin on all my Apple products, But I still can't share apps between my Apple products with other Apple products?
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13

We can't answer why questions here. This is a user to user only forum and no one from Apple is here or will respond. Suffice to say, Apple has not made an interface for Fitness+ on MacBook. This could be because a MacBook is not exactly a device one might carry to the gym or on a run or swim outdoors. But that's a guess on my part.
Here is a link which tells you the devices Fitness+ is compatible with --> Devices you can use with Apple Fitness+ - Apple Support
If you want to share your thoughts with Apple about this, feel free to use this link --> Product Feedback - Apple

Telling us gets you nothing on this user to user only forum.

You might want to provide two - one for Apple Watch and one for Mac.
It's a shame because at the end of the day when going through my activities it's on my Mac not while I'm in the middle of doing them. I just think it's funny I can use my Garmin products on All my Apple devices but my Apple devices can't talk to each other. lol
Any of the basic setup apps and the health apps I'd like to have access to from my Mac. I guess I'm too used to my Garmin products being accessible from ALL my Apple products and still have trouble believing my Apple Products won't talk to each other. Cloud access would be fine.
I mean really, I can use my watch fitness app on my Apple TV but not a Mac, lol
You will need to give examples and try to re-word the last sentence.
If you watched the WWDC keynote:
