Airpods Pro first generation right Airpod passes through sound quieter while using transparency.

when using the transparency function with both Airpods Pro in my ears, the right one doesn't have the same volume as the left Airpod despite the audio source coming from the right side. eg air conditioner fan noise is on my right but i can hear it better on the left with transparency even though both are in my ears. my hearing in both ears is fine so that is not the issue, i can snap my fingers on the left and hear it better, using the same hand snapping my fingers on the right i cant hear it as well. any way to fix this?
