My case has stopped charging.
It won’t reset (holding the button for ~15 seconds until the light flashes red and white).
It won’t connect to an up to date iPhone.
When I press the case button the red light flashes and then stops after a couple of seconds. The same happens if I hold the button for 5 seconds, 15 seconds and longer.
can anyone advise how to rest the case and reconnect to my iPhone?

I think its a failed firmware install. I took mine into an apple store and they used a mac to fix it. Even though mine was not under apple care or warranty. It was a quick job too. That being said I would recommend going in during they day if you do it, when they may have more free time. If you cant do that I can only suggest googling update firmware on beats with a mac.

The case won’t charge with the buds in the ports if the case is at 0%. Only the buds will charge. You have to remove the buds and charge the case separately. Once fully charged, then replace the buds to the case.
I got the same issue, the led was red only bling 3 times then light off, I couldn't find anything about the meaning so I double check the cable and the power supply, it seems wasn't enough for the beat fit pro to charging so the case coudn't charge, I replaced the cable double usb C in/out and that's work again. Hope ! it's could help someone ...

If you connect the charging port to the outlet, try removing the buds. Then let the case charge by itself. When u open the case and your phone indicates 100%, then disconnect and hold the reset button. If the beats case doesn’t show up on your screen, then hold the reset button with your Bluetooth open to search new devices. This should work.
